I started my career early as a professional dancer/model/actress after graduating from high-school ahead of my class. My days were jam-packed with early morning rehearsals, teaching during the day and performing at night, travel, etc. that all started to take a toll. Then someone told me about this thing called Transcendental Meditation. When you did it, it could give your brain 3 hours of sleep in 20 minutes! I was like, "sign me up"! This started my immersion into mind/body practice. It takes COURAGE TO RELAX in our ever changing world we live in! My joy is to help individuals and groups go from low energy with despair to robust energy with ! The key is developing skills and a practice that you love to do because you feel more energetic and more connection with self and others! It starts with rewiring your nervous system, freeing up from old subconscious belief patterns and rebuilding a new identity with a resilient stress response system that's grounded enough to SELF REGULATE no matter what life challenges come your way!
